Ripstra Law Office

These guys are a nightmare please do not consider hiring ripster law office because they are worthless they do mostly court appointed work and they're lazy and unmotivated and in no way are they passionate about their profession. A family member of mine was waiting for a court date for a couple weeks she has been so nervous and today was her court date at 1:30 and she goes down there and wait till almost 2 before she calls ripstra and they tell her it's been rescheduled why didn't they call us

Emily Beckman worked at Ripstra Law in June 2022. She was a part of a colusion to put her client in jail, without cause. The only reason is because he wanted a jury trial. He was very clear with everyone at ripstra law that he wanted a jury trial. Emily stood in for one hearing. She requested a bench trial. The whole hearing was orchastrated beforehand, with the intent to dwny client his rights and convict him of charges he is not guilty of. Emily only appeared for that one hearing. Proper procedure for a stand in lawyer was not followed and she was both entered and exited from the case with no record of it. Beware of letting her represent you in any capacity. She is corrupt.

Everyone at Ripstra Law works for the prosecution. They will not contact you. They are completely negligent in their duties. They help the state build the case against you. My cases have been going on for years. We filed for a fast and speedy, then they went in without my consent or presence and canceled it. Years later, I still have not had it. Years later not one piece of supportive evidence got explored or collected. They filed for a bench trial after years of it being set for jury trial, against my will. I could honestly go on and on and on about how incredibly terrible everything about them is. Protect yourselves. Record meetings and keep track of all the negligence. Careful what you tell them, because they DO work to help the prosecution. Just look at the reviews. Look at all the cases they tanked for people. BEWARE!

He is horrible! He works for the prosecution. Will not return calls or emails. Trust me, run while you can!

Everyone working at Ripstra Law Office would be better off working in the circus as the clowns because hiring them or getting them appointed to you by the court is a joke
