Hired Attorney

he adds new meaning to the public pretender, he won't talk to you or get your side till the day of court, if he even does it then, he works for the prosecution, not for you. His job is to do a plea deal on behalf of the prosecutor ensuring a win for the state. He is as much a shyster as Toller out of Petersburg. cut from the same public defender cloth. I would not recommend them. He said to take the plea for time served and then you take the deal, as it is the only way you can get out, and they make you wait 5 more days to be released, Attorneys are paid liars. And not to be trusted.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
