Contacted Charles R Stephens Sr. to probate my deceased wifes will and left it with their firm because he had prepared her previous will. I tried contacting their firm 5 times over the next month with never a call back. I finally contacted him by email only to be called back by his secretary and asked to pickup the will and take it to another lawyer in another city where my stepkids had filed an older will because he could not find a property deed in her name to file in Jasper, which I was in possession of the deed and trying to get it to them if they would have return any of my calls. Wasted over a month of time with this firm. I do not recommend them at all.
