Evan Tenebruso is a dedicated trial attorney who shifted his focus from representing insurance companies to advocating for individuals injured through no fault of their own. With over a decade of experience, he brings compassion and commitment to his clients and their families. Raised with the values of persistence and hard work, Evan spent his youth assisting in his father’s woodworking business and working on his grandfather’s poultry farm. He supported his family while attending the University of Wisconsin-Madison, working full-time during undergraduate and law school.
Evan believes in preparing every case for trial, knowing that readiness often leads to the best outcomes for his clients. He has successfully handled wrongful death and personal injury cases, including car crashes, premises liability, and construction accidents. His experience extends to insurance-related claims and appellate work, with victories in the Wisconsin Court of Appeals and Supreme Court.
A member of the Rock County Bar Association, Evan is recognized by the Wisconsin Pro Bono Honor Society. He has provided pro bono representation to domestic abuse victims through Domestic Abuse Intervention Services and has handled pro bono jury trials in federal court. Outside of work, he enjoys playing and coaching youth basketball.
