Worst Attorney ever. Always at least an hour late for scheduled appointments. Never followed through with what he said he was going to do. Double charged for one letter. Good at promising action fails at follow through. Full of excuses.
Trust me and save yourself a nightmare and do not hire this man. I hired him to represent me over my deceased fathers estate and it’s been a horrible experience. I will be calling the bar association and asking for Complaint forms. Took my money to hire him when my stepmother never sent me any notice of my fathers death or of her probate filings. He was so nice in the beginning on the phone telling me he was 99 percent sure the judge would throw out my stepmothers original probate filing and that then we could file for me to be the executor over the will and then we could do an asset search of all my dads assets and file for his bank records and told me all of that and once I gave him my money he was not so nice later on. For example told me he would call me and tell me what took place after my stepmothers court date this month which he didn’t do. Told me he was going to call me on two different days and never called me. So much other wrong doing. I’m calling the bar association.
