Very poor ethics. Mr Tower contacted the other party and met with them without notifying us; then decided not to represent us but waited until we called him several weeks later...never told us about his meeting with other party until after we made repeated calls to find out the status of our case. Very disappointing and totally not worth the 500$ fee.
Shyster is the best word to describe him. He's clearly only interested in making a buck and doesn't care about clients. VERY disappointed with his lack of communication, honesty and ability to adhere to protocol. I expected more from an older, well established lawyer.
Horrible experience. David Tower met with the people I wanted to start litigation against and he never told me until I physically went to his office and wanted to know what was happening. He charged me 500$ upfront and did NOTHING except write a letter to the other party (then met with them on the sly). Wow, unbelievably unethical. NEVER again. He really convinced me that Lawyers are truly shysters and I'll never use one again.
