Hired Attorney R.W. (Ricky) Richards

Mr. Richards has assisted me on several occasions, always providing excellent service. Times that warrant having to seek legal advice can be taxing so having someone as knowledgeable as Mr. Richards provides much comfort and support. He conducts business in a professional way and maintains a personal relations with his clients. Friendly effecient staff and reasonable fees considering his level of knowledge and experience! Would recommed his services w/o hesitation!

Richards and Penn law office provided excellent representation along with having an office staff that was extremely helpful while I was going thru a difficult time. Divorce is never easy, however, I would say that Mr Richards and his office staff made it as easy as possible. Knowledge of the law and providing a wealth of information to me so I could understand the whole process was extremely helpful.

When it was time for me to hire a lawyer, I knew immediately there was no other lawyer to consider because Mr. Richards' reputation precedes him as the "best lawyer in the area". His staff was exceptional in their professionalism and their wonderful attitudes helped ease me through a difficult time.
