76 in a 55. I had no excuse - momentary lapse of judgement. Mr. Popkin promised me he would handle my case, that I would not have to appear even though the court said I must and could not simply pay in advance, I would not have driving school or points on my license, and my $366 fee paid to him would cover all court costs and fines. I don't know how he did it, but he did. Case was pleaded down to improper equipment (non-moving violation) and all fines and costs were paid by Mr. Popkin. Thank you! Highly recommended. Only downside is Mr. Popkin does not return calls after you pay him. Call the court instead to see how your case went.
He can't handle high power criminal case he'll take your money stop answering the phone never be in office when you call after he has gotten the money he requested in court he's lost and promise one thing you end up getting something else because the case was either to much or he just didn't care.
