Also made unprofessional remarks at trial where others could hear. Even had a juror to complain to the bailiff. Then the bailiff asked Detwiler to speak with him about the juror's complaint. He also wrote unprofessional remarks on his legal pad that we saw as well as one of our witnesses. Used profanity in courtroom
