I cannot recommend Mr.Britt for child custody. My case was complex, but should have been open and shut. Mr.Britt does not seem willing to put for any extra effort whatsoever. In the end I was left with a custody agreement that puts my son in danger. I am now pursuing my case with another attorney after trying to reach Mr.Britt on multiple occasions where my ex had violated the order, he chose to just not respond. If your case is uncontested he is cost efficient, that’s about the extent that I am able to recommend him. I patiently waited for years while myself and my son were abused, only to have wasted time in vain and to start over with another lawyer. Tread carefully.
An absolute piece of trash lawyer. He will slander good people to help his “clients” who he ignores until the day of court and talks to disrespectfully. He could probably be a good lawyer if he treated people with dignity and didn’t slander the good people who actually care for and love the minors in question.
