About Law Office of Lana S. Warlick

The Law Offices of Lana S. Warlick is a Jacksonville, North Carolina law firm specializing in family law. The office has two attorneys, both of whom are board certified Family Law Specialists and have been since 1989, the first year that the NC Board of Legal Specialization offered certification in family law.

By concentrating our practice in family law we are able to represent our clients at the highest level of skill and professionalism. Each attorney has had more than 30 years of experience in litigating family law matters, including custody and child support, alimony, and equitable distribution.

We are thoroughly committed to providing quality representation at every level, from negotiations to mediation to trial. We consider ourselves zealous advocates for our clients and their families. Being located in a military community we assist both civilian and military clients and are familiar with military retirement and benefits.

Lana helped me tremendously with my situation with child custody. With her busy schedule, she managed to find time help me with my situation and resolve the issue almost immediately. She is amazing at what she does! Definitely would recommend her!

If I could give negative stars, I would. Back in 1978, this, at the time new lawyer, represented my father against my mother. He was seeking full custody of me. This "lawyer" actually agreed to let my father request that a 8 year old fly by themselves on Christmas day to spend the holidays with my father. You guessed it, she felt it was safe for my mom to be ordered to put me, an 8 year old child, on a plane by myself to fly from Alabama to North Carolina. I'm pretty sure she would never allow that to happen to her own children. I've been going through the entire custody paperwork looking at what she was doing and I've read reviews on her. She's a despicable woman who apparently gets a kick out of ruining mothers and their children's lives. This woman cares more about the money than what's morally and ethically right. She makes John Gatti look like an alter boy.
