Kellum Law Firm is conveniently located in Eastern North Carolina and practices in the areas of personal injury, workers' compensation, defective products, Social Security disability, and wrongful death cases. In recent years we have grown from one office to nine with attorneys and staff to cover the entire region. Many of our cases are referred to us by prior and existing clients, their friends, and relatives.

Once you become a client of our firm we will manage your case from beginning to end, with your best interest in mind. Your case will be assigned to an experienced attorney who will personally handle your file. Our staff is dedicated to keeping our clients informed as their cases progresses. Many personal injury cases settle shortly after treatment has been completed and medical records and bills have been submitted to the insurance company. However, if a negotiated settlement cannot be reached, our law firm's experienced trial attorneys are ready and willing to take your case to court if such action is in the best interest of the client. In a few weeks they were able to secure a very favorable settlement offer, far more than anticipated.
