Hired Mr. Durden to handle my son's case in Clay county. He got his court date moved up and got him out of jail more quickly than I could believe. He was aggressive when he needed to be. He didn't promise anything or give me any B.S. He was responsive to all my questions and explained his strategy. All I know is that if anything ever happens again in my family, we'll call Shafer Law and I know Mr. Durden will take care of us.
One word. Lazy. You give them loads of money to end up with a man older than out president who doesn’t look into your case at all but will talk your ear off about his mother in law for 10 minutes. The rudest secretaries in existence. They answer the phone like you’re bothering them and hang up without saying good bye. All they will do for court is read off your bio which a blind monkey could do better at. Waste of time and money. A public defender would do better. When this post is someday removed I’ll repost because this law firm is a joke. A man framed for YEARS because they did no research and showed up to court like they were wearing pajamas. You’re better off representing yourself then going with this law firm. He won’t talk to you or your loved one in jail You have to HOUND him and you MIGHT get a call back.
He took my brother money and never talked to him directly nor did he showed up to court. Just his representatives, we should have known better. He's a CROOK. Karma is real, and with his background it's coming.
