I retained this “attorney” Timothy J Miller for a DUI misdemeanor and he ended up scamming me. After reading all the other reviews for him, I actually felt better because apparently he is a serial scammer, and I am not the only one. I retained Tim Miller on 9/30/2021, and my case is still open with absolutely no progress. It has been; -566 DAYS -1YR 6MO 20DAYs -29 court hearings since I retained him… Out of those 29 hearings, he failed to appear 6 of them. When I retained Mr Miller I expected some level of professionalism and integrity. He has non of those qualities. Stay away if you don’t want to lose your money, and waste years for nothing.
