I retained Tom to represent me in a relatively difficult divorce. From our initial consultation all the way through until we settled at Mediation, he was fantastic! Horrible, verbally abusive, lazy, doesn’t file paperwork timely or communicate yells and cusses and screams then hangs up on you. Garbage attorney, would never hire him or his office again also the Donna lady is very rude as well I had no idea he has an assault charge from a touch or strike on his record too. I can see why he’s so abusive over the phone only bullies which are cowards speak to people in that manner.
Well I am only allowed 1000 characters, so straight to the point this time. Liberty Law is unprofessional, irresponsible with the case and the evidence provided to them. Court documents were always filled out completely wrong, I would be given an hour to review documents before the Had to file and the paperwork was a mess with misinformation and facts that they did not mention. I filed the initial court paperwork and Tom & Donna still pushed my initial complaint's court date back 8 months, puting my children in danger with their father living with prostitutes and drug dealers. Expect to do all of the investigating and collecting all court documents for them, expect them to claim never to have received it and have to collect it all over and over. Expect your case not to go in front of the judge for years and when my case did finally go in front of the judge, Tom decided w/o speaking to me, that he was dropping the case. I had to fire them just to get my case in front of the judge.
This attorney is horrible. The only time he returned my calls, after taking my money, was to scream at me for demanding he call me back!
