Mr. Diebenow focuses on general business, real estate, land use, government relations and zoning law. He is a registered lobbyist and deals with a wide range of governmental affairs issues. He provides legal counsel in the acquisition, entitlement, financing and development of all types of commercial and residential properties; in the acquisition, sale, and leasing of agricultural lands; in the creation of mitigation and conservation banks; and in the acquisition and disposition of large tracts of rural land.
Mr. Diebenow is an active member of the Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce and is former Vice-Chairman of the Jacksonville Transportation Authority. Mr. Diebenow previously served as Co-Chair, Government Relations and Environmental Committees, the First Coast Manufacturers’ Association; Co-Chair, Community Growth and Development Committee, JCCI FORWARD; Board of Directors, JAXCARE. Mr. Diebenow was one of Jacksonville Business Journal's 40 under 40. He has been selected for inclusion since 2016 in Best Lawyers in America in the practice area of Land Use and Zoning Law and was selected as Best Lawyers' 2018 Jacksonville Land Use and Zoning Lawyer of the Year. He was recently named one of Jacksonville Business Journal's 2018 Ultimate Attorneys in the area of Land Use and Zoning.
