Samuel L. LePrell earned his B.A. from Jacksonville University in 1966 and his J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law in 1969, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif, Managing Editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review, and a member of the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity. He began his legal career at Rogers Towers P.A., where he practiced from 1969 to 1995, becoming a partner in 1975, focusing on estate planning, business, and real estate. Since 1995, he has been in private practice. Mr. LePrell is a member of the American Bar Association, Jacksonville Bar Association, and The Florida Bar. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court. His affiliations include serving as an agent for Attorney's Title Insurance Fund and First American Title Insurance Company, and membership in the Attorneys Real Property Council of Northeast Florida, Inc. He co-owns Barnie's Coffee & Tea Company stores and is actively involved in several organizations, including the Meninak Club and the National Eagle Scout Association. Mr. LePrell has served in the U.S. Marine Corps and Florida National Guard and has held leadership roles in various clubs and boards.
