I am the beneficiary of an estate that he represents the personal representative on. The decedent died over ten years ago and we received a partial distribution four years thereafter. We have been asking for an accounting and the final distribution since that time without any result. He is almost completely unresponsive to phone calls or emails. This is a relatively small estate that has no known complications and shouldn't take over a decade to complete (and most of the beneficiaries are charities).
He hasn't even filed anything with the court yet on my probate case. I can't get him to answer my voicemail or emails. I told him I just want my papers and my daughter's Will back so I can go elsewhere and he won't even let me know when I can come and get them. Lack of communication is the thing giving me anxiety on top of mourning the death of my daughter..
