He starts out as though he is compassionate and then a few months later you learn the real Bob. He will tell you what you wish to hear and then you don't hear from him. If you call his office his secretary Kim is extremely rude and hateful. I thought this was just her but over the course of dealing with Bob for almost 2 years I have learned he is more rude than her.
