of the International Society of Barristers ("ISOB"). In selecting its membership the ISOB seeks to honor attorneys who have distinguished themselves as outstanding in the field of advocacy. Mr. Costantino is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates ("ABOTA") as well as the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
Mr. Costantino has also been selected by his peers for inclusion in the publication The Best Lawyers in America. He has also been selected by his peers for inclusion in Super Lawyers magazine as one of the top attorneys in Florida. Only five percent of the lawyers in the State are named by Super Lawyers. Mr. Costantino has been named by The National Trial Lawyers as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in Florida. The National Trial Lawyers is a national organization composed of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers from each state. Membership is obtained through special invitation and is extended only to those attorneys who exemplify superior qualifications, leadership, reputation, influence, stature, and profile as trial lawyers.
He represents clients in complex personal injury cases, automobile accidents, trucking accidents, medical malpractice cases, wrongful death cases, product liability cases, medical device cases, Federal Tort Claims Act cases as well as cases involving business litigation. He also enjoys mentoring young lawyers on all aspects of their practice.
Mr. Costantino was born in Albany, Georgia and grew up in Jacksonville. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with honors from the University of Florida in 1985. Mr. Costantino received his law degree from the University of Florida College of Law in 1988. While in law school he was the Student Works Editor and Senior Executive Editor of the Journal of Law and Public Policy. While not practicing law, Mr. Costantino enjoys spending time with his wife Monica and their four children.
