Working with Nooney & Roberts was an amazing experience to say the least! My father was involved in a horrible car accident while turning into his own neighborhood off of A1A. He was life flighted to Shands with very serious injuries. He was sighted for the accident for failing to yield the right of way. The driver of the other truck walked away from the accident. After months of hospital stays, emergency rooms, and rehab, my once very active and independent father is now in an assisted living facility. Next thing we know, my father was being sued buy one of the largest accident attorneys in Florida-which lead-us to call Nooney & Roberts. Susan and her team investigated the accident and found that the driver that hit my father was exceeding the speed limit. All of a sudden the tables were turned and my father received a very nice settlement which is allowing him to get the best care and live the rest of his life as comfortably as possible. What an amazing outcome, so grateful!

This establishment operates reasonably well, and I would appreciate it if the process could be streamlined and expedited. While I value regular updates on my case, I find myself frequently compelled to inquire about its status, which could be alleviated by more frequent and timely communication. It is imperative that they provide me with timely and accurate information regarding my case. Maybe next time I will get a faster response from them.
This place takes forever to settled your case and they take forever to return your calls. If you’re looking for communication and response back you should go somewhere else.
I've been strung along for over a year now and they still haven't put together a written offer to submit. They are never in the office and rarely return phone calls. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

How is this law firm still able to continue providing un-professional and inacurate service before someone takes their misrepresentation to a higher level for review! After my wreck (coming up on three years) I have not been able to settle my case due to COMPLETE lack of communication, inaccurate documentation, and being tossed around the firm between different attorney's that were NEVER on the same page but great at fast talking about nothing relevent! Nothing wirh this case has been normal!!
