Mr. Leibowitz is the creator of the Workers’ Compensation present value calculation software program, Projected Indemnity Exposure. He has been certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Civil Mediator, and has been certified as a Workers’ Compensation Mediator since 1996. In 2004, he was a member of the Division of Administrative Hearings Rules Committee. Mr. Leibowitz has served as a guest lecturer at numerous continuing legal education seminars, where he has given presentations on a variety of issues related to Workers’ Compensation, and has taught review courses for other attorneys seeking certification in the area of Workers’ Compensation.
