I am a native of Jacksonville. I have lived here all of my life with the exception of my military service in the United States Navy. I have represented individuals and families for over 17 years. I understand the difficulties and the seriousness that families experience when one of their members is arrested or when their family is being broken apart. I have been through a divorce and I understand how detrimental it can be to all members of the family, especially children. I will fight for you and your family like I would fight for my own.I know how complex and overwhelming the legal process can be. Hired Attorney Mr. Otto Rafuse

Otto was fantastic in his questioning of the plaintiff and use very effective methods and bringing out the points to enable us to win my case. I would definitely recommend him. He had very reasonable fees and did a great job. My case in particular was in defense of a contempt of Parenting Agreement.
