This lawyer stole thousands of dollars from my brother, my brother hired him for his immigration case and didnt do a single thing to help in his favor. He has done nothing but lie to me and my family and take our money. He doesnt answer calls, hes extremely rude and entitled. He is a thief and a liar. He didnt even go with my brother to his court date. Hes a scammer and a HORRIBLE lawyer. I dont recommend anyone to hire him unless you want to lose your money. He is also extremely rude. My sister in law called him after my brother was sent to alligator alcatraz due to Jose not helping his case at all and you want to know what he told her? “If you know so much about law why didnt you go to court to defend him?” What kind of lawyer says something like that to a PAYING CUSTOMER. Jose you are a thief and a liar and i feel bad for anyone who puts their trust in you or gives you their money.
Hired this scum bag gir immigration. He stole $5,000 NEVER touched my case. I have ALL documents proving this thief. He hides behind the word of GOD, but he is NOT He is a child of SATAN. He will steal your money and do nothing..He texted me at midnight wanting money. He should NEVER have his license. Crooked Attorney!
He stole $4000.00 and NEVER filed our immigration papers. Never even started them. He closed the file and kept our money.
