She obtained her Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Civil Law in 2008 from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center. While at LSU Law, Ms. Hart was a member of the Jessup International Moot Court Team and the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. Ms. Hart was the recipient of the CALI award for several classes and completed the National Institute for Trial Advocacy Program.
