Jakab Law, PLLC is a full service AV rated civil trial law firm. Its attorneys have come to Jakab Law, PLLC after gaining considerable trial experience at well-established law firms in Jacksonville, Florida. Our firm specializes in handling significant and difficult civil cases that are destined for trial in either Federal or State courts. We pride ourselves in being "courtroom lawyers" and providing our clients with highly detailed and personal service. Given the nature of our practice and cases we handle, our attorneys are available to assist clients "24-7" in all time zones in the United States. We also welcome the opportunity to co-counsel with other law firms that need the assistance of experienced trial counsel, at any phase of a case.

No having never gotten in a car accident before, to say I was lost at beginning of this process would be an understatement. I received Kevin’s name as a referral and called immediately to simply ask questions. From the beginning Kevin show me kindness and understanding. But most of all I could tell he was truly listening. To me my case felt very small, but to Kevin he understood that no matter how small I felt my case was it was important to him for me to feel whole again. he would repeat that over and over again and that was exactly the reassurance I needed. Throughout the year of working together, I looked in the face of truly wanting to give up. Everything was feeling very difficult, hard, and cumbersome. But every time I felt defeated Kevin gave me a boost of motivation and reassurance that he had my back. It was an honest boost of motivation and not coming from someone who had ulterior motives. He truly wanted to win my case for me and my family. And win we did.
