Iseley | Fugitt is a law firm with an office in Jacksonville, FL. At this office location, there are 4 lawyers practicing construction law, construction litigation, commercial litigation and 15 other areas of law.
I hired Mr. Franson a year and a half ago and during that time he has done little to help my case and the last time we spoke he said he would get more aggressive with my case and let me know right away well it has been 3 months and I have heard nothing back from him, which is nothing new from him because during my time with him i have called and left voice mail and left emails serval times before getting a response back usually a week or 2 later. i am submitting this anonymously since my case is not finished and i am sure he can figure out who it is, but I can get any worst service than I been getting. I just feel an update might be nice even if it to say they have not responded.
Received sub-par work from Mr. Franson and his staff. They don't communicate with their clients in timely manner, they don't follow through on what they say they are going, they don't keep their clients informed as to what is going on with their case. I would rate them a zero but that is not an option.
The lady at the front desk has no clue what kind of law the firm handles. She was rude and lost my business. Don't waste your time calling here. The law firm's website states that they handle exactly the type of case I have and the front desk claimed that they don't. It's a $4 million damages suit.
