I was charged with a minor traffic misdemeanor which also turned into a capias warrant. As I had special circumstances, a guilty charge could have cost me a career working with the government. The Public defender never responded to any of my calls and not only could I have been arrested but I would have suffered life-long effects in my career over a minor traffic issue. Mr. Webber took my case and truly REPRESENTED ME! Case was dismissed!
Apparently my first attempt to review Mr. Webbe was misconstrued as a one-star. It is five, across the board. I am an attorney with fairly high and exacting standards, particularly when the case involves me personally. Troy's stubbornness, legal research and knowledge of the process literally led to my case being dismissed. Once again, I would recommend Troy to anyone seeking a criminal defense attorney.
At a big public festival, I was arrested by a Jax Beach officer merely for offering to register anyone interested in voting, and charged with trespassing and resisting arrest. Troy filed two motions to dismiss. The state attorney and the cop lied out their pie holes to defeat the first one. But his second one, based upon his research of obscure city ordinances, won the day. I HIGHLY recommend Troy to anyone seeking criminal defense.
