Mr. Moore focuses on information technology and real estate law. With respect to his information technology law practice, he counsels clients on software licenses, data licenses, software development agreements, hosting agreements, non-disclosure agreements, vendor agreements and various other information technology related contracts. With respect to his real estate law practice, he focuses on commercial real estate with a particular emphasis on office, retail and warehouse leasing, representing both landlords and tenants in all aspects of owning and operating commercial office buildings, retail shopping centers and warehouses.He previously clerked for the Honorable Robert M. Parker, United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He previously worked for Temple-Inland Mortgage Corporation (Austin, Texas), Alltel Information Services (Jacksonville, Florida) and Fidelity Information Services, Inc. (Jacksonville, Florida) before joining DMHD in 2005, first as an associate then as a partner in 2008.Mr. Moore is the Subcommittee Chair for the Fourth Circuit Law Firm and Legal Department Pro Bono Roundtable Subcommittee. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
