Curtis S. Fallgatter has practiced law for over thirty years. He was an Assistant United States Attorney for the Middle District of Florida for seventeen years, thirteen of which he served as Chief Assistant. As Chief Assistant, Mr. Fallgatter tried numerous high profile criminal cases on behalf of the United States and also supervised a large number of lawyers in the Civil and Criminal Divisions of that office. Mr. Fallgatter is a past President of the Jacksonville Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. He is also the recipient of the Victim's Rights Award presented to him by the Mayor of Jacksonville and the President of the City Council. Mr. Fallgatter has been recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in America, and has been selected as one of the top criminal defense attorneys in Northeast Florida.
Harold H. Catlin is also a Jacksonville native, and has been practicing law for over thirty years. He is a member of both The Florida Bar and the State Bar of Georgia, and has handled litigation and appeals throughout both states. Mr. Catlin specializes in civil litigation, including personal injury, wrongful death, commercial issues, insurance coverage, medical malpractice and product liability. He is past President of the Jacksonville Bar Association, the Jacksonville Association of Defense Counsel, and the Museum of Science and History. He has been actively involved in numerous legal, civic and religious groups in the community. He has been a Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney and a Certified Mediator.
