Hired Law Firm

If I could give zero stars, I would. I hired Mr. Fallgatter in January 2022 for a STOP FILE to prevent charges against my son. He told me the case was weak and he was confident he could stop it from being filed. I paid him $15,000. At first, he seemed involved—emailing me constantly, even 3–4 times a day, asking me to help locate the co-defendant and advising me on what to submit. He even used my exact words in his presentation to the state. Despite all this, the state filed charges in February 2022. When he visited my son in jail, he pressured him to cooperate with the state, saying, “If you don’t tell, your mom should just get you a public defender.” He later called my son a “thug” and a “liar” and admitted he didn’t even want to represent him, but only did it because I was so involved. He told me he didn’t waive my son’s rights, yet court records show otherwise. My son never agreed to that and signed no waiver. Mr. Fallgatter wasn’t even hired for the pretrial phase.
