Dustin Middleton is a personal injury attorney in the firm’s Jacksonville office. Born and raised in South Georgia, Mr. Middleton moved to Florida to attend law school. Following law school, Mr. Middleton was an attorney for a respected personal injury firm where he represented individuals and families injured due to motor vehicle negligence, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, premises liability, and negligent security.
Mr. Middleton joined Morgan & Morgan in 2018 in continued devotion to trial work and representing people when they need it most.
Since joining the firm, Mr. Middleton has handled complex cases involving automobile collisions, motorcycle collisions, trucking collisions, biking injuries, construction site injuries, industrial injuries, and many other types of serious injury.
