I hired Farah & Farah to handle a worker’s comp. case. I believe I only spoke with this attorney once; if it was twice, the first conversation had to be extremely short. He called me a few days prior to my deposition to convince me that I did not have a case and he’d like to have the deposition cancelled. I hired the firm back in July 2022. The deposition was in mid October 2022. All this time that you have had the details of the case in your possession and now you tell me there is no case! He talked to quickly over me that he heard nothing I said and a lot of what he was saying about the case was wrong. He said he would see if he could get the deposition cancelled and would contact me again. Well, I’m still waiting to hear back while I’m actually on hold in the deposition meeting after calling him since I didn’t get a call for the pre deposition thirty minutes prior as promised. I left a voice and text message. He DOES NOT represent his clients well. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
