Hired Attorney Richard Mulligan

Our situation stemmed from a nonpaying customer. Mr. Mulligan and his staff helped us to lien his property and get a partial payment from the customer. In that we did not get full payment, he helped us to negate our warranty due to unresponsiveness of the customer and his attorney. For a bad situation, it worked out far better with their assistance than it would have without.
