Mark Aronowitz is a partner who manages our new cases department along with our managing partner Daniel Fleck. The Spence Law Firm has also dedicated Mark as the Executive Director of LAW, and he has served in that role for the last fourteen years. As both a partner and the ED of LAW, Mark provides direct representation to individual clients in a wide variety of practice areas including wrongful death, personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, employment disputes, and Workers’ Compensation. In 2019 Mark successfully represented the families of two undocumented workers who died in a trench collapse in Teton County, Wyoming.
On a statewide scale, Mark monitors legislation and, working closely with his Board of Directors and the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association (where he serves as the Legislative Committee co-chair) identifies bills that bear potential to affect the rights of individuals in Wyoming. Mark will strategize and coordinate in order to defeat legislation detrimental to Wyomingites and the civil justice system or, conversely, to propose, support and help enact legislation to improve workplace safety, workers’ and victims’ rights within the civil justice system. Mark also represents individual clients, or the families of deceased workers, either pro bono or with fee earning work, and any income obtained through cases and settlements is directed back to fund and support LAW.
