His product liability practice has included injuries and deaths resulting from electrical switchgears, water well pumps, automated gates, asbestos exposure and herbal supplements containing ephedra. Jason also handles employment issues and commercial litigation.

Brophy, 218 P.3d 948 (Wyo. 2009); Krenning v. Heart Mountain Irrigation District, 200 P.3d 774 (Wyo. 2009); Franks v. Independent Production Company, 96 P.3d 484 (Wyo. 2004); Borns v. Voss, 70 P.3d 262 (Wyo. 2003): Orem v. Shober Builders, 69 P.3d 386 (Wyo. 2003); and Smyth v. Kaufman. 67 P.3d 1161 (Wyo. 2003).
