Emily Rankin has successfully litigated cases involving wrongful death, catastrophic injury, civil rights, trucking accidents and oil and gas field related cases. Emily is a Wyoming native and she spends much of her time working and fighting for the people of Wyoming, but she also represents injured people in cases across the country. Emily also volunteers time for several nonprofit community organizations in Wyoming.

BACKGROUNDEmily Rankin is a third generation Wyomingite. She doubled majored in political science and sociology at the University of Arizona. She received her law degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2000. After clerking for the Wyoming Supreme Court, she worked as an associate lawyer with the Spence Law Firm. Emily became the firm’s first female partner in 2009. She and her husband live in Jackson, Wyoming.
