Hired Attorney

Verner has been our business and family attorney for 35 years. A partial list of his expertise is: workmen's comp, lawsuits, back child support claim, suit over failure of insurance company to pay health claims, suit over insurance company to pay fire damage claim on daycare business. He was successful in all cases.

It could have been the lack of experience of the Legal Secretary, but I did not feel as if I was completely informed of my choices before I was asked to sign/file the final papers, thus causing me to file a Chapter 13 bankruptcy that I eventually voluntarily dismissed and that now remains on my record as having filed.
