Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Mr. Rheney was the attorney for my land sale title company. He overlooked the survey of the new plat and went around the easy way to devided the land by simple record the title. this irresponsible method resulted in me receiving all of the property tax bills and he received none. For over a year, I tried to contact him, he NEVER responded back. Eventually, the title company tried to contact him for over 6 months and he finally realiezed his errors. He offered to reimburse me for the property tax, however, check never came. Tried to call and his office does the runarounds, Insisting that if I leave a voice mail to him, I will nerver get a call back, because he is always super busy and has no time to respond any voice mails. Ha! His secretary is never in the office and her voice mail for him was nver answered either. I do not know how they operate a responsive team. Buyers be aware.
