Hardee, Martin, Donahoe, Owens & Wright, P.A. is a law firm established in 1979 with an office in Jackson, TN. At this office location, there are 3 lawyers practicing general civil and criminal practice, trials and appeals in all courts, collections and 930 other areas of law.
The knowledge of the firm is truly outstanding. Each individual I dealt with was very professional yet personable. Mr. Hardee is a well spoken man who has a gift for explaining things. I had some first consultations with four other lawyers and none did a good job of answering questions that were easy for a layman to understand. Having that ability that really sold me on Hardee, Martin, and Donahoe.
I was disappointed in the seemingly long delay in which climate reduced results. Defendant most of reason for delay.
Charged $1500.00 up front. For very minimal advice & very minimal service. Refused to adjust fees charged.
Chad Butler on my case did not even know my date of birth until court day. Zero communication prior to and following court date. Hoping to get conviction thrown out due to ineffective assistance of counsel. Complete disgrace and negligent behavior, I pray that Chad Butler is not a reflection of this firm as a whole.
Extra star because relatively cheap, but if you divide the rate by the amount of time this firm/lawyer spends on you (zero), you quickly realize that you are getting what you pay for, even a little less.
