Hired Attorney Thomas Welch Jr.

A stranger saw my quiet expression of what may have been worry, confusion and "what do I know" look. He calmly introduced himself and told me his story. I immediately felt connected to this stranger as he felt some aspect of what I was going through. He then told me of this wonderful lawyer that represented his case.
