Do not use this guy. He represented me and did absolutely nothing for my case, to the point I almost dismissed him. He then pushed me to go to mediation because he had done no work on the case and settle it. I then at the time was ready to just get done with him and the whole entire thing. I settled the case, however Rick took an additional $18,000 off of the case that was not his. I sent him a notice to go before the Mississippi Bar Association so they could settle the matter and like the coward he is, he declined. This is exactly why lawyers get a bad name, because of slime balls like this guy. I would recommend not using him or Peyton Randolph.
