She is presently my attorney. I have experienced the poorest communication imaginable. She constantly lies and makes excuses. However, she will call you when she wants money. This has been a horrible experience.
I hired her to handle my divorce. Her office was unorganized and dirty. She didn’t communicate with me. She literally asked me to bring photos of my children to court and wanted me to look at the pictures and cry to gain sympathy. After months of nothing getting done, I had to start over with a great attorney. He said her work was so “unartfully drafted” he couldn’t use any of it. It was also difficult to get my records from her to the new attorney. If she is still licensed to practice law, don’t hire her!
I used Monique for child custody case. She is money hungry and lie to charge more money. You will only hear from her when she wants money. She even cancelled court the day before knowing I was flying out of state, traveling over 1500 miles. She purposely cancels trial so she can continue to bill. Please research other attorneys in the area, I surely wish I did.
