Very unprofessional office. Was unimpressed by the lack of knowledge and the way these attorneys conducted business. In order to ask questions after the case was submitted, I had to pay an additional $500 for two questions.
He wasn't interested in helping me save my home. He said it wasn't worth it and that I should file chapter 7 and walk away from it. I paid him 1000.00 and got a second opinion from another attorney that said I do not qualify for a chapter 7. I contacted Joseph Scalia's office for a refund of my retainer and they said no. That the 1000.00 covered my consultation which was supposed to be free. They never had my information ie. financial information from me to proceed with my bk.
