Prior to founding Irvin Law, PLLC, Attorney Charles Irvin built a career in academia, spending over 10 years serving as an adjunct and assistant professor at several Mississippi colleges and universities. He earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola University School of Law. Atty. Irvin has served in numerous legal capacities since the founding of his firm in 1999, including as the Legal Director of for American Civil Liberties Union of Mississippi, the Special Assistant Attorney General for Mississippi, and Assistant United States Attorney for the Department of Justice’s Southern District of Mississippi. For over a decade, Atty. Irvin has also supported the Building Professionals Group, a nonprofit supporting disadvantaged youth, as a Principal Partner. Through his firm, Atty. Irvin assists clients with matters involving criminal defense, personal injury, nonprofit consulting, business law, consumer law, legislative analysis, and more.
