Hired Attorney

She completes many unnecessary things to charge more hours on account. After hiring a new lawyer, she was able to get more accomplished in a few days. Put me on hold for "important calls" but still charged me. After letting her go, sent an outrageous last bill out of retaliation. Very ineffective and not able to communicate with other lawyers In a way to work things out behind the scenes. charged me almost 15,000$ and we didn't even go to trial. allowed a rookie lawyer to outperform her old ways

My standard retaining agreement sets forth a client's right to complain about any charge in the monthly bill, just do so within 30 days of the bill date. No complaint was ever made. An emergency order was successfully negotiated with counsel opposite.
