Alexandra Markov’s practice is concentrated in complex insurance coverage disputes and large-loss subrogation matters. Ms. Markov is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of Mississippi and Texas, as well as the New York state courts. In recent years, Ms. Markov has recovered over $60 million in subrogation actions brought on behalf of insurers and their insureds in commercial property matters. Fluent in French, she represents both domestic and international commercial property insurers and reinsurers, primarily in the energy-related sectors, responding with vigor from the initial claims process all the way through resolution of the matter, whether through settlement, arbitration, or trial.
