Bill, and the whole Law Firm were amazing. They helped us with our Chapter 7, kept us informed, I couldn't have ask for a better outcome. No need to pay high cost to a "Mega" Attorney. Bill and his staff ARE Mega Attorneys without the look down their nose attitude. You may be a Client, but they make you feel like you're the only one, not like you're wasting their time. I'd refer them any day of the week to anyone regarding Bankruptcy or Social Security Issues. They fight for you

Was very disappointed in the services I received from this law firm. After making many calls to the firm to follow up on my case, I would either get a call back many days later or not at all. I would have preferred to have a call to tell me that there was no change to my case than to hear nothing at all.
Didn't show up for court! Bill is happy to be paid; once I was his client, wouldn't return my desperate calls for basic information (3 went unanswered over 10 days; by 4th call and my insistence, the secretary "found him") Worse, besides being completely absent of any communication (what my options might be, the cost, the timetable , nature of the charge, etc.), he does the unthinkable - and of course doesn't apologize for it, doesn't even talk to me afterward! He's a no show in court. After he unnecessarily got my simple matter postponed (more billable hours), he forgot to show up to court & left me alone. Per his usual, we didn't talk beforehand (did I mention he's unavailable?), but I assumed - incorrectly - that he has a calendar. WRONG. The judge waited and finally pushed me to a different time; after my frantic call to his secretary, he was "found" in Jackson was *completely UNPREPARED*. .* Do not trust this man or his firm with anything important. HORRIBLE lawyer.
