I found them to be professional and very responsive. They patiently answered all my questions and were good at explaining concepts. I would highly recommend them.
Ed Mazza has represented our corporation from the initial phase of contemplating the purchase of a prior business's assets, through incorporation and buyout, and four over four years as our corporate counsel. We have always found Ed and the rest of the counsel and staff at Mazza & Mazza to represent the ideals of professionalism, legal expertise, and client service.
Terrible service and way too expensive. Communication was horrible, never got notified of anything, never actually heard from a layer as legal assistant did all the work. There isn't a chance in the world I would use them again even if they were free. Oh, they charged me way too much as well.
Ed purposed ideas that may have been legal, but were highly unethical. When challenged, Ed became loud and aggressive.{para}As soon as fees were paid, service level decreased.
Worst person in the City of Ithaca, he's taken everything and given nothing. He's angered by every little inconvenience to his desires for extorting the wealth of others including his business partners, and he especially dislikes it when the women involved don't sit there with their mouths shut worshipping him in obedient silence like he's the Son of God Himself. To anyone who has him as a lawyer or a business partner, good luck, because you'll be broke by the time you tell him you want to retire because he will steal it from you behind your backs.
