Kelly failed to advise me of my rights/options. She didn't even tell my what the law dictates until after she had spent my $2,000 retainer. She got some of the facts of the case wrong. I sent her lots of personal information I thought she could use to argue my case, which she ignored. It turned out that none of that would have mattered anyway, since the State's statutes set forth fixed child support formulas based entirely on income. Ended up dismissing her.
