Working with Emilee Lawson Hatch was a wonderful experience. She and her team handled so many of the details of my sister-in-law’s estate. They all were excellent listeners and made sure her estate was properly taken care as per her stated wishes. Emilee hired firms to clean out her apartment and donate items to local charities. Emilee was very knowledgeable and knew the best way to file long term care insurance claims and complete the paperwork needed to collect life insurance and how to close IRA accounts. About three years later, Emilee worked to close my S-I-L Living Trust as well as working with a foreign attorney to settle foreign property ownership issues.
